Posted June 3, 2019 This was a tweet by San Diego Fire-Rescue: ✔ @SDFD "Ten new engines were unveiled Monday morning at our Logistics facility. Tremendous effort on the part of many at SDFD to standardize the fleet & make these purchases. Thanks to mayor and council for their continued support of public safety in San Diego." My understanding is two of the 10 new rigs will be Type-3 brush engines. ~Rescue51

Posted June 8, 2019 Interesting the County of San Diego purchases both Ferrara and Spartan heavy rescues.
