Posted April 13, 2019 I guess the old saying is true: "You cannot take on city hall." ~Rescue51 https://www.eastcountymagazine.org/county-san-diego-shuts-radio-and-freezes-bank-accounts-julian-fire-medical-services
Posted May 7, 2019 I have not seen a update. Does someone know how things are going with this?
Posted May 8, 2019 (edited) I believe the volunteer FF's are still held-up in the station (56's-Julian, 57's-Cuyamaca was taken over many months back by the county and state). A judge had ruled that county inspectors could go into 56's to assure no inventory/assets are being removed or sabotaged. Here is an interesting article I did not see in a local news site:https://www.nbcsandiego.com/news/local/County-Takeover-of-Julian-Fire-Department-Was-Planned-for-Years-508825221.html ~Rescue51 Edited May 8, 2019 by Rescue51 edit
