Posted December 18, 2013 (edited) San Tan Valley will vote on 1/2015 (a year from now) to form there own Fire Department It will be modeled after Queen Creek's Fire Department. It will become part of the Valley mutual aid system and will be dispatched by Mesa Fire Dispatch. The 1st Year there will be 3 Stations with 3 (4 man engines) and 1 (2 man tanker) .A 4th Station will will be added in the future, along with a Ladder co, Many of the current RM Firefighters will be offered jobs With SVFD .
