  1. Thank you Rescue 51, I am pretty much thinking that at least 15 to 20 were on the order since that is about the number of 03 Pierce and Seagrave's were still in Frontline service as either Engines or Pumps. I was just curious if anyone knew the actual number on order

2 more engines and 2 tillers from the Pierce Flickr page. I'm assuming these are from the 12-tiller order. Not sure how many new engines were ordered. Still waiting for the new lime green engine :)

Probably like at least 20 new Engines were ordered, I think there are about 15 to 20 2003 pierce and seagraves that are in frontline service as either an engine or pump

  3. I happened to see that LAFD STA 85 has added a BLS Rescue R885,  was R838 reasigned as R885 when Light Force 38 was Restored. And are they staffed 12 or 24 hours per day?

From the Looks of it it's a pre 2006  because it doesn't have a federal Q siren and the station number is on the bumper the 2006 have the number below the windshield

Wasn't Truck 9's 2006 ALF involved in an accident sometime back?

  5. I may be wrong, but I would think they would be assigned to the following stations that are assigned 2000 ALF's 10,21,33,37,66,89 or 92. then are 74 and 96 which would probably fall in at the bottom of the list.

  6. I asked the same question about R-213 sometime ago and was told it was a designated ready reserve, which doesn't make any sense being ID'

as 213. if it is indeed a ready reserve wouldn't it be ID' as 613?

  7. Has Rescue 36 been re-assigned to station 48, and Squad 48 to station 36? I noticed that Squad 48 is now at 36's in the bay where Rescue 36 once parked

and Rescue 36 is no where in sight @ 36's, it's been that way for about a week or so now.
