Posted May 14, 2016 (edited) About 1,000 gallons of diesel fuel from a truck that overturned, spilled onto the roads and San Diego River. Rollover was apparently from the Interstate 8 to Morena Blvd about 17:55 hrs tonight. The truck was carrying 3,750 gallons. The truck driver was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
