Posted April 11, 2016 (edited) Dignity Is building a new Hospital on Elliott Rd & between the 202 & Ellsworth Rd in East Mesa Phase I will have a ER, heliport, operating rooms and a 3 floor tower with about 100 rooms should be open in late 2017.
