Long Beach always had a rearmount with a platform and this wll be their second I believe and if this is incorrect please let me know and I notice that there aren't any mechanical sirens on these new trucks

Interesting looking rigs and I was wondering if they were going to be used as paramedic squads similar to LA County Fire Department
-
Are there still any single function paramedics left with ths LAFD or are all of them firefighter/paramedics as of now?
-
Thanks
-
A question to ask that is off subject does anyone know if the LAFD type 3 is in service now?
-
Engine 37 has their new Pierce in service now and I saw it responding on a medical call this morning.
-
I guess that they're using former dozer transports as their tractors and thanks for the info and are they kept at Pacoima?
-
I was watching the news the other day and the reporter was at the Woolsey Fire Command Post and I noticed a brand new tractor-trailer Command Post UnIt that said L.A. County Fire Department Command 2 and was curious to know if all the Command Post Units are going to the tractor-trailer version or is the department still using Command Post Units similar to LAFD, Thank you.

Awesome and is the other wrecker going to another USAR Station or is it going reserve?
-
That QRV5 unit is similar to LAFD's gator unit which is used for special events to transport patients to nearby ambulances.
-
When will they reopen?

Drove by 92's yesterday and their new Pierce Truck is now in service.

Pasadena Fire Department recently ordered Seagraves as well as Burbank Fire Department.

Santa Fe Springs should get a TDA instead.

Maybe L.A. County adopted Cal Fire's Mobil Attack Strategy which is very successful.

All the E.I.T positions have been filled from what I heard

Engine's 1, 20, 73, and 75 are back in service after being closed down in 2011 due to budget cuts.
-
Excellent and is Engine 2 formerly Engine 201?
-
Will the new Station 39 have a storage bay for reserve apparatus?

Hopefully old Engine 42 becomes a Ready-Reserve 400 series engine.
