  1. How about the LAFD? Will they still use the Fast Response unit or not.
  2. What is going on with the Fast Response Units, are they still going to be placed in service?

  4. Engine 10 has their KME in service now but I don't have the shop number for their rig.

  6. It is a Water Tender and I notice that 128 has a Water Tender meaning that there is an additional Water Tender for the Santa Clarita Valley.

  10. Are the new TDA's going to replace the current TDA's in Orange County's fleet or will they be replacing the older sutphen platforms that Orange County currently has?

  13. Glendale recently placed a Type-3 engine in service after many years of not having brush engines.
  14. Hopefully LAFD can have additional Ready Reserve Engines in their fleet for off-duty firefighters to staff when there is an outbreak of brush fires or in a major earthquake.
  15. Would LAFD get hand me down type 3's from Cal-Fire first so that the department can learn how to operate the apparatus before getting new ones.
  16. What about 35 or 105 since their engines have been reopened?

  18. Rumors are that there may be 4 additional crash rigs added to LAX's fleet maybe at 51's or 95's.

  20. It resembles a fuel tender more than a water tender.
  21. Was it a rearmount aerial or a TDA?
  22. Finally El Segundo Fire Department has a TDA as their aerial and a very sharp looking truck.
  23. Any info on how many units from the San Francisco Fire Department were committed to this incident and if San Francisco requested mutual aid from nearby departments to either cover their stations or to respond to their incident.
  24. Look at all the recent # of fires including the fatal ones we have had for this year and this is to show why we need to have additional fire suppression resources besides the RA's.
  25. Was this proposed while Antonio Villaraigosa was still the Mayor of Los Angeles because I heard that Mayor Garcetti wants to see the LAFD reopen closed companies.
