What is going on with replacing station 39 I've seen the proposed lot at Oxnard and Vasper with cars from the near by dealers stored there.

Why are no Light Forces or Trucks being put back?

Will any of the truck companies be onpening  back up 17s 38s 58s?

I believe that other movie studio's have there own fire departments like Warner Brother's they have there own fire engine maybe Universal should too.

Is it the same With the engines and ambulances are they driven from the factories down to L.A.

What about on flat bed rail car? Also I've seen them being towed on flat bed trailers

don't think it going to happen this month, the trucks are still in Appleton as of last week, the trucks are driven cross country to California. I am sure the pierce reps want to spend their holidays with their families. they will most likely leave there sometime after the new year. once here in ca they. usually spend about 3-4 weeks at south coast for additional equipment to be added . then on to la shops for radio, mdc and other stuff and then field training. it sounds like it could be march or april before they hit the streets barring any unforseen hold-ups 

Why aren't they put on trains or hauled on trucks to be delivered cross country? Doesn't it put mileage on them or something could happen to them if they are driven

Originally this order was for 7 trucks was it increased to 10?

With 55 trucks in fleet and 13 of them in reserve have some of the Simon Duplex truck already been scrapped? There were 6 93s, 10 95s and 4 96s that all add up to 20.
