Doesn't/didn't Santa Monica FD have their own ambulances? I remember them using Lifeline Slopsides.

It should be noted that the Arrow XT was initially designed for the LAFD contract of engines they got in the early-mid 00's.

This is the first 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe I've seen in person. It's been redesigned, and it looks good. (So do the 2014 Silverados which I was salivating over....must win lottery soon). I hope to get more shots soon.

I was thinking the same thing. However, they buy the most expensive model of Wheeled Coach Type II Chevrolet vans. I'm thinking they get a good price from Braun, especially with the volume they order. I think they want their fleet as identical as possible for logistics reasons.
