Posted December 20, 2017 (edited) Was watching KGTV-10 news today with the volume muted and saw the coverage on a new opening of National City FD's Station 33, and Squad 33. Seems like the "squad" is getting more popular, and I love it for rapid response and to reduce the wear & tear on the trucks and pumpers. Was in LACoFD coverage area last night and saw a bunch of their squads rolling with I believe McCormick boxes. Here is a pic of the new NCF Squad 33, the inexpensive-to-build (comparatively) Station 33. Great looking rig! Other stuff going on in that back bed.
