Tuscon FD wants $89M to replace vehicles, equipment

Sounds like they want to replace everything! That's an awful lot of money, they must have been neglectful of these items for many years. Hopefully they go for a tiered multi year implementation, so this problem doesn't require another massive payout in another 10-20 years.
