Posted February 21, 2016 (edited) On Friday, 2/19, at 10:28hrs, B3 called priority traffic for a rescue TC. He then asked for 3 engines, a truck, a rescue rig, and 3-4 medics. The TC was at West Main St & Marshall Avenue, El Cajon. It appears a late model Lexus driven by a 50-60'ish female, T-boned a minivan with 4 occupants. Wits said the Lexus might have been going 80 MPH (zoned for 35 MPH). Prior to striking the minivan, the Lexus took out a light standard and telephone poll. News is suggestion the Lexus driver had a possible medical emergency (though an unintended acceleration has crossed my mind). B3 called at least 2 acute status patients in the minivan, both small children. My last update was 2-3 of the victims in the minivan were in critical, possibly the infant in very critical, one passenger was moderate, and I believe the Lexus driver is in serious condition. The resources on-scene were, dispatched in addition to B3, by Heartland Fire & Rescue, were: T6, E6, RE12, E9, M9, M8, M3, 4308, M5, M436, M438 Edited February 21, 2016 by Rescue51
