Posted July 6, 2013 fire acreage approaching 9,000 acres now It came over into the upper ridges of Kyle Canyon late yesterday There are many homes located in Kyle Canyon along with several lodges and a large hotel, so hand crews and tankers are trying to stop it before it reaches structures.
