Posted July 7, 2019 I have heard two (2) USAR task forces are in Ridgecrest. I believe the number of task forces was higher earlier in the weekend but for now I believe Kern County for sure, has their USAR rig deployed and also LAFD USAR 88 and Tender 88 are in Ridgecrest, helping do structural assessments and in addition, apparently responding to calls. I am sure there may be other mutual aid strike teams in the area, in addition to California OES rigs too, in area. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Posted July 7, 2019 It really depends on who is on the alert and standby the years will deploy with a rack force and will normally not take there rigs with them unless they are local usually preposition stock on semi will roll out and they crew will be in suburbans or trucks I’d lafd rolls out it’s ca tf one if lacofd rolls out it’s ca tf two az is made up of the surrounding years in the valley and there designated az tf 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
