Coudersport, PA (no, I'm not posting in the wrong board)

So, around 2:45pm today, I am riding MTS #11 turning onto University from Park, and I see an ambulance from Coudersport EMS in the northern central part of PA (Twin Tiers, near the NY border). White with purple bottom half, IIRC. Is there an EMS conference going on here in SD, CA? Odd find, but pretty neat since I used to live in PA (out west, near Pittsburgh, but still).
