 What are the current capabilities of a phoenix fire department rescue ambulance? And what are their duties at a structure fire ?thank you

They have 1 FF/EMT and 1 FF/Paramedic. They take the sick and injured to the hospital. During hazard calls, they link up with their engine or ladder counterpart and do firefighter stuff. If they arrive late or there is a potential pt, they'll stage.
