Aren’t their rigs relatively new like 2/3 years? I guess they didn’t like the county spec rigs

Saw new pierce rolling down the freeway today going towards Ontario. Had 26’s marked on it. Many one know the status of truck 15 if it repairable or salvage?

That or remount the trailer/ Ariel on different tractor

I think they dont want them being sucked up on fire incidents. Taking away from the very purpose they are their for which is to run ems calls.

I believe Long Beach just ordered new platform.

OES engines are owned by the state but are manned and maintained by local depts and are rebursed for the cost to man and maintain them.they are meant to be ready and used on major incidents as needed. They are spread out through the state. They can be used by the local depts for local needs.l such as fill In for our service rig Or local incident.

If it does probably be a trash line being some where from 1 to 1 1/2 line. I guess probably closer to 1 1/2

Well you got to remember 33 is really busy house so millage is probably up their already.

Interesting that the county is gonna replace all the rigs. The photo on engine 81 looks pretty new!
