What are they using for long stretches in the apartment complexes?  Dry wye ?

The cross lays ( pre-connects ) will be your basic firefighting hand lines. In practically all department the 2 1/2 is considered master streams used on very large fires

Crosslays are both 200’ of 1 3/4” and the Orange is 200’ of 2 1/2”. For long hose lays (apartments being most common) the operation is using a 2 1/2” with gated wye to an 1 3/4”.

Are hose loads universal across the dept. of are the engines off the Strip using different setups? I was thinking high rise stuff

End of the Pierce Quantum era and what cabs will they be using and any word if Clark County Firs Department will ever get TDA's again?
