Queen Creek new plans  Since Queen Creek annexed Ironwood Crossing, Banner Ironwood Hospital & other land in San Tan Valley, New Station 414 will now be the NE Station going in @ Queen Creek Rd & Signal Butte and will be completed in early 2019,  A Ladder Truck will be purchased for L411 for 1.3 Million & a new Pumper for E414 will purchased for $890,000  new replacement Station 412 and New Station 415 SE Station will be in the 2020 budget

 E414 will be a 2019 Pierce Velocity PUC and a temporary modular station will open on Combs Rd just west of Gantzel Rd until the NE  & SE Stations are built.

Where did you read/hear this?

I live in Ironwood Crossings and have been getting conflicting info.

The Temp. Fire Station 414 will be going in at  980 Combs Rd on land Queen Creek owns,  Station 415 won't be built till 2019 because the infrastructure is  not in yet and be completed in 2020

Just flip flopping info on 14 and 15. Then I’ve heard that those will come after they have a ladder in service.

New short term plan over the next 2 years,  E414 will be a Velocity PUC ,  The Ladder Truck will be ordered as soon as the Town Council approves the 18/19 budget and Temp. Station 414 on combs will built by modular solutions operational by the end of the year,   Next year replacement Station 412 & new station 415 Queen Creek Rd & Signal Butte Rd will be built  After 2020  Station 414,  Riggs Rd between Signal Butte Rd & new realignment of Rittenhouse Rd  Station 416 in Box Canyon will be built   and when Queen Creek annex's more of San Tan Valley Station 417 would be going in on Ironwood, Also the corner of Riggs/Combs Rd & Meridian Rd intersection with the Railroad Crossing will be exactly designed like Power Rd & Pecos Rd

lasted,  for FY 2018/19   July 1. 2018 to June 30, 2019 

 SE temporary SE Station 414 to be operational by 1/2019,

New E414 PUC to be Delivered in  Dec 2018  

New Ladder Truck 411 to be ordered within the next month or 2 and to be delivered within a year

 NE Station 415 to be designed & ground breaking
