Posted December 12, 2017 Last night there was a large assignment on I-8 WB just east of Tavern. It was called a "rescue" which I assume was a T/C, though I am not aware of any major ones last night. But the a 22:25 hrs included 4702, B4, E17, E2, E25, E26, E3, M63, MAMB1, MAMB3, MAMB4, R3, T6. Anyone know what kind of T/C that was? Additionally, it is interesting that both E3 & R3 were on assignment, I thought the E3 crew cross-staffed the rescue (3)? Or did they double-up on staffing due to the fires? Posted December 13, 2017 The incident involved two overturned vehicles with one having multiple people trapped. The initial dispatch was 4702, E25, E26 and M45, but shortly after 4702 arrived he upgraded it to a vehicle rescue which added E3 and T6 to the call. I guess the CAD pulled E3 first before looking for a rescue thus not pulling R3 but instead T6, they noticed the mistake and requested R3 respond instead of T6.
