Posted June 27, 2016 Been hearing Truck 36 responding to calls in the San Miguel area. Is this a new truck out of Jamul? Wondering why it is not using a 4-digit designator, like truck 7675?
Posted June 27, 2016 Dunno if its the same truck but I saw a T33 that doesnt have the 4 number ID last night on the news. (Was at a Moble Home Fire in Spring Valley) It doesnt look like a Pierce so i have no Idea who made the truck. Hope this helps.
Posted June 27, 2016 It is the new truck out of Jumal and I don't know why it is a 2 digit number. The recently acquired patrols also have a 2 digit number from the picture I saw online. The truck is on the SDCFA website. http://www.sandiegocounty.gov/content/sdc/sdcfa.html
Posted June 27, 2016 36 matches the SD Rural/Cal Fire Station number for Jamul

Posted June 28, 2016 T36 is the new truck running out of Jamul. It was bought for the new casino going in across the street. The County is converting to the 2-digit identifiers for all of County apparatus. Cal Fire will remain 4 digit.
Posted June 29, 2016 T36 is one amazing looking rig, too bad they had to ruin it with the counties awful graphics.
