Posted January 21, 2016 Photo credit to DFW-CBS. Thankfully, no one killed! Amazingly! Looks like a newer rig. Reports I saw said the loss of control was for unknown reasons. And that it was "being delivered" to the City of Greenville. I am not sure if it was an initial delivery or was being serviced and returned.
