They still need a truck co for big boxes, and other truck co operations such as Vehicle extrication, venting, etc...

next should come a 2nd station (573) south of the RR tracks and eventually station 576 out West part of Maricopa

The current L571 is beat

Well i know why they need a ladder, but why such a big one for their primary residential town.

Yes, another station south of the tracks would be good. A real station 575 would also be nice for them. They should probably get a hazmat team so they don't have to rely on Gila River & since Casa Grande doesn't bring the county hazmat truck anywhere.

They wanted a bucket for safety reasons and for future growth.  Banner eventually will build  a 5 story hospital there

same floorplan  as  Ironwood, Gateway, A 6 story Hotel is also proposed

Maricopa still has big box stores that would require a 100' ladder for aerial operations. No reason to handicap yourself by buying a 75'ladder.

Ah, that's right. I forgot they moved to a new public safety building. 575 was in a double wide right in the center of town.

100 foot ladders are not purchased for height, they are purchased for reach. Many 3 story commercial buildings are set back at least 50-75 feet from the road or parking lot which eats up almost the entire aerial ladder.
